Fireside evenings
Ten chairs, string lights, and pasture views after dark.

Welcome to the estate
Two stories of brick on a hill outside Bardstown, remodeled top to bottom, and big enough that nobody has to draw straws for a bed. Four of the five bedrooms have king beds, and one of them is on the main floor.
Mornings are quiet out here. Bring good coffee. By evening, the fire is going and everyone has a story from the day.
Home tour
One minute from the front door to the fire pit: every room, the game room, the hot tub, and a quick hello from Bardstown. Captions are on, so it works with the sound off too.
The good part
After a day of tastings, there is room to spread out: games inside, then the hot tub or fire pit out back.

Ten chairs, string lights, and pasture views after dark.
Pool, shuffleboard, basketball, darts, and arcade classics.
Open year round and tucked away beneath the lights.
Fast Starlink and smart TVs throughout the house.
Room for real life
A well-stocked kitchen, a table for ten, and bedrooms that feel like somewhere you would actually want to wake up.

Five bedrooms, five moods
Every bedroom was designed on its own — different colors, different character, all of them comfortable. Four have king beds, and the main-floor room means no stairs for anyone who would rather skip them.

Sage walls, horse prints, a four-poster bed, and the original brick fireplace.
Main floor · no stairs

Rich chestnut walls, warm wood floors, and windows on two sides.
